Cancellation conditions

Cancellations received will be fully refunded, less 100€

Cancellations received between 1st July 2025 and 1st August 2025 will be reimbursed 50% of the registration fee only.

No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1st August 2025 or for any registered participants who fail to attend the conference.
